Hello, Milburn fields! Thank you for visiting our website. We understand that you are without yard waste pick-up from December 15 – March 15, 2017 and we are here to help! We specialize in vacuuming up large piles of leaves and can easily haul away any of your other yard waste.
We strive to be hassle free and super easy to work with. We’ve been in business since 2003 and work only in the NW Johnson County and adjoining Missouri. Our tight coverage area allows us to be flexible to your individual lawn’s needs.
Because the Milburn Fields HOA will not be contracting for these services over the winter, this is an optional service. Feel free to use us as much or as little as you see fit.
We offer a wide range of options, but here are our most popular wintertime services:
Curbside Leaf Removal: We charge $5 per minute for the leaf vacuum truck with a $50 minimum. Most piles are the $50 minimum. Text or email us a picture of your pile and we can give you a pretty good estimate of the cost.
Benjamin Lawn & Landscape trucks are equipped with a side mount vacuum that is designed to pull alongside a long row of leaves. Please rake leaves into a pile along the curb (edge of the lawn) that is as long and narrow as possible. The machines can reach 6 feet into the yard so leaves beyond 6 feet may not be removed.
Leaves only! Please remove sticks, rocks, trash, and other debris. And please do not block the leaf row with vehicles on collection day.
Hauling: We can haul all of your sticks, logs, branches, and other yard waste. Price depends on the size of your pile. For a hauling quote, just email or text a picture to us. We can give you a pretty close ball-park.
Gutter Cleaning: We blow out and clean up all leaves, sticks, and other debris from the gutters, the roof, and the valleys on the roof and ensure the downspouts are flowing clearly. Gutters with gutter guards or screens may be extra or not possible. Spring and Fall gutter cleaning package discounts are available.
Rest assured, all yard waste is recycled and either turned into mulch or compost!

We’ll set up your account and schedule your services. We do require a credit card to be on file. You can either call our office with your card of choice or we will email you the login info to set it up yourself.
We run credit cards on Wednesdays for any work that was done the previous week, and we’ll email you a receipt after running your credit card.
